Engineering precision defined this 185 kW rooftop solar project for a weaving mill in Seenapuram, near Perundurai. The Galvalume sheet roof and sensitive electrical environment demanded a fastening approach that guaranteed zero leakage. All fastening was executed on the upper crest of the Galvalume sheet, ensuring unobstructed water flow, preventing stagnation and corrosion.
To address client scepticism, Energium developed a physical prototype of the mounting structure secured with one inch pop rivets, enclosed with acrylic sheet. Water retention testing over 24 hours confirmed zero leakage. This hands-on validation eliminated all concerns before project confirmation, delivering complete client confidence and a corrosion-resistant installation built for long-term performance.
